if I could give this department store a zero i would. the selection is horrible and nothing compared to the other macy stores ive been to. the blonde working is lancome was nice other than that you could not pay me to go back here. clothes thrown all over grouund in junior dept and lots of sketch people very scarry

I went in for a fitting. Becky Moshofsky, at the Federal Way store was so very helpful. She helped me find the correct size of the items and went above and beyond to help me find more and to order some that they didn't have in the store. All stores need employees like Becky!

The store was neat and clean and had just what I was looking for. But what made my visit was the customer service I had from the cashier up in the housewares Department. She went out of her way to help me, was patient and Incredibly polite.

The Federal Way Macy's is one of the best in Western Washington. Pros: - Clean & Organized Store - Friendly Staff throughout Store - Helpful Staff (Alert you to Deals / Coupons) - Upgraded Perfume / Cosmetics department - 'Finish Line' & 'Sunglass Hut' inside - Less foot traffic than Southcenter Macy's Cons: - Area's, such as the Kitchen / Housewares department could benefit from remodeling. - The Fitting Rooms are old & worn, and could use some remodeling / upgrades Please Note: The correct address is: 1901 S Commons, Federal Way, WA 98003
