Love Sears. This store is huge and has a great big selection on EVERYTHING. I've found some really goid deals here especially on apparel and appliances. Its never really busy and prices seem pretty good, no wonder there struggling. I hope they stick around much longer.

I came here and got some shirts they were $9.99 but next to them had a sign for 50% off. I went up to the register to pay and the cashier told me for five times that she couldn’t do the price that they had advertised same with the manager, I explained to them that they had multiple signs up saying this after arguing with them for over 10 Minutes they finally gave me the price. I don’t come to a store to argue with people this was ridiculous. Overall they finally  honored it took forever though only reason they’re getting three stars is because they honored it.

I just at this store doing a warranty exchange on an item that was purchased May of this year. Originally I came here 3 weeks are and a employee told me that  only manager's can look up old receipt. So I asked em to call he said it does take a while for them to come down so I asked em if I can call em from home cause I have to leave. He said that's a good idea. I left the store. Went home and called and got a hold of a manager named Chris on the second try. Told him what I was trying to do and he says anyone can look up receipts any time the store shouldn't have told you that. Today I came the same employee tried to help me find the receipt and couldn't so he tried to call Chris could not get a hold of him so he went up to look for him and I stood at this one spot where Chirs was supposed to meet for about 35 minutes until another employee asked me if I needed help and I told him what was going on so he told a girls from the warehouse to get a hold of Chris or call the other manager. She walked me back to the same employee that I started with and he says did he not show up. She called again this time someone picks up the phone and told her what to do and handed the phone over to this guy who finally finished the transaction. So going back to Chris who told me we help customer all the time and I am sorry that you where told that it takes a while for the manager's to come is wrong. Well you proved your self wrong. I waited 35mins and finished the transaction and you never showed up. Way to go sears on customer service. If I can find a Craftsman product elsewhere near me I would never step in this store again.

I spent 30 minutes walking the sales floor just looking around, no sales staff around, no one said hello, nothing.

I made my selection and then searched for a check out, upon finding one was inteogated for phone number and email, I finally was able to checkout and leave.

If Sears really wants to stay in business they need to hire staff and staff the stores, with people who know the department they work in and can actually meet and greet customers.

Sears has forgotten what their mission is,
CUSTOMER SERVICE!! not picking their nose and hopping someone will come in and buy something.

The prices are right, store and changing rooms are always clean and the staff is very helpful! This Sears is always my first stop for my clothing needs.
