So small and always under some sort of construction, but they do the best they have with what they've got. Can walk through and see all exhibits in less than an hour. Came on a weekend when there were vendors, a DJ, and activities though, and that really helped keep the kids more entertained. Should have more days like that!

The Zoo is on the smaller side, but it is a great idea for a day trip, especially with little ones, or as a date without the wee ones. The animals are well taken care of, and the park is clean. It is conveniently located, and easy to get to. My family enjoys going several times a year. 😍

Beautiful park and great area for the kids to play. However if you have toddlers be sure you don't leave them unsupervised on the jungle gym. There are some very high and steep slides that are definitely not meant for little people.

A quaint and affordable zoo that is great for families with small children. There is a train ride (for additional $2) that takes you around the grounds, and a carousel (also $2). They have a cafeteria as well. I usually bring lunch and have a picnic at zoo. We go a few times a year and often play on the playground outside the zoo area in Buttonwood park.

We come to this zoo at least 6 times in the summer. It is small, but they renovated the inside marsh and underwater exhibits with a touch tank. We also walk around the free park and playground to enjoy outside sun and breezes. The ambiance is great for the city and is really easy to get to from Fall River. The food is a little pricey, but good. And the staff never gives us a problem about bringing in a few drinks or some lunchables. We just order some fries and onion rings to munch on. Willette's Optical Paradise Approved! 👍
