This residency is total trash. My girlfriend and I left a few months ago and would encourage anyone looking for housing in the area to steer clear of this place. We have had numerous issues with the front office, maintenance, and the Claremont company. For a few examples , Beginning in the winter, our heater had stopped working and maintenance brought three space heaters to temporarily fix the problem. We had a apartment with a washer and dryer unit and for 3 weeks went without these due to a malfunction. In the Spring time, we woke up one morning with thousands of ants piled up in our kitchen due to flooding and a poor foundation. We were told to "buy ant traps ". Not once were we offered any sort of compensation . Finally, we have not received our security deposit back yet. It has been 32 days and countless efforts to contact the company.

If you want to pay for dryers that ruin clothes (then aren't replaced for a month regardless of you paying an increase in rent for them to be in our unit), waking up to thousands of ants in the kitchen (then a half assed cement job "covering" the hole where they were coming in from), a heater that doesn't work in the middle of winter (so the same half assed maitance man comes in, flips a switch, and "fixes it." Lasted 4 hours and he came back the next day stating it could have started a fire), grass in the front yard taller than your knees (I'm five foot seven inches), and best of all your security deposit being kept from you, then this is the place for you!!! Saying that management is garbage is an understatement. There was nothing but disappointments from week one. Management seems to pick and choose what they acknowledge in regards to emails and phone calls. The unkept lawn took multiple calls from various tenants and it finally took someone threatening to call the city for them to do something about it. Our clothes were ruined by oil marks from the dryer, never offered reduction in rent or money for compensation. By MA law a landlord has 30 days to give back a security deposit. After hounding the office by phone after no response to emails, we were told it was being processed. Never saw the check. It took me threatening court to get a move on the check. Shocker it just so happened to be cut that day, they are doing everything and anything to get past the law and claiming it was their error. They're still causing me a headache and we've been gone for over a month... don't waste your time!

Great place to live. We had a pretty bad and problem but they called the exterminator when we complained. They've been very helpful and we love the space and location.
