This is a clean well stocked store. I visited on a Wednesday early evening there was very little staff. I had to wait quite some time for someone to open the monitor cabinet. There was also only one cashier I had to wait quite some time on that line as well.

Place is a huge disappointment. Buyer Beware. We had the employees take us around the store and tell us what we need. They made tons of recommendations of items that were essential. Car seats and strollers I think were pushed because they were big ticket items. Everything else was horrible recommendations. As soon as we went over everything with our nurse we were told to get rid of most of the items as they pose a threat to our babies safety. How can you call yourself a baby store and you carry and recommend items that are not safe for kids. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? This is so overly concerning I don't think I can ever bring myself to even come back to your store to even by simple stuff and clothes. For the record we did not get this advice from some overly precautions progressive baby nurse. This was simply a basic infant safety class at Hackensack University. They also made it as difficult as possible for returns and exchanges after baby shower. Plus they run registry horrible. Many people brought double items. Not sure how you run your shops but I don't think its working out well.

Customer Service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just know if you see that if says it's in stock online but says limited stock, they don't have it. So just order it online and save yourself the trip.

The manager, Peggy, explain to me that a registry item I received could not be exchanged. When I explained to her that my Mother received it like that she responded with 'well she gave you a used item'. Not only did she offer no apologies, but she chose to offend my family over a $19 item. I was so shocked and offended that I left the store without fulfilling the remaining registry items I intended on purchasing. As a Buyer at a national department store, I understand the stock fulfillment on the website (and the chances of a retailer accidentally shipping a damaged product is probably greater than my 65 year old mother using a newborn swaddle and regifting it to me) and I am shocked at the customer service I received from a trained manager. Over a $19 item not only did the store lose my future business, the remainder of my registry, but more importantly my recommendation to my soon to be mom friends.
