HOT GARBAGE. I am making my 6th trip to this store to pick up one suit that includes a jacket, pair of pants, and a shirt. That's 2 trips per article of clothing. No matter the question, it seems it's the first time they've ever heard it in their LIVES. Never seen folks so perplexed to complete the only tasks they are tasked to complete. $100 to take in a $200 suit (fits are abnormal). Told that I would be called each time, never was called. Whenever I offered to present my group ID number (wedding) it was entirely useless. OH NO BABY DON'T DO IT!!!

Worst customer experience I've had in my life. Zero accountablility and the manager is the more apathetic than their floor people. Bought two suits to be mailed to my apartment after they did the alterations. That was three and a half weeks ago. I called throughout that period and got a different answer from everyone I talked to. They all said, "I'm sure they're just still in the mail". My apartment is about 45 minutes from the store. Went back to the store to demand my money back and the manager said they can't give me my money back because they don't know where the suits are. She said she can't find them in "her computer", so I can't get money back without giving them clothing back. She just shrugged at me. I asked to speak to "anyone accountable", and she said she's the manager so I could essentially take a hike. $450 that I have no way of getting back.

I recently had an awful experience at this store. A store employee named Hope was rude and unprofessional. She continually disagreed with what my wife and I wanted to get. She would then pick out what she thought would be better which was nothing but bland selections. She would also rudely interrupt us on a constant basis and was bad mouthing another store. I've never come across such a fool and got out of there in a hurry. I've always had respect for Jos a bank stores but how do you hire such an incompetent and obnoxious employee.

I went into this Jos A Bank to take advantage of the buy 1 suite, get 3 free sale. I got the call 2 days ago that my suits were ready (on time). When I got there, that is when the problems started: 1. All of the suits had lint and strings on them. They did not look ready to be presented 2. All of the pants were tailored with cuffs. I never asked for cuffs. 3. When I tried the pants on, the lengths were way too long. The manager was telling me that it was a medium break. I pointed out to him that the picture they had posted on the mirror clearly showed a full break was when the back of the pant leg touched the soul of the shoes. My pants looked like my 8 year old was wearing my pants. Yet they argued with me 4. All 4 of the jackets had horrible noticeable bumps on the shoulders. The manager told me that he was sorry and that the other manager that was off that day would call me in the morning. I waited till the afternoon and I called them. I had to go back to the store to again try on the suits. Now my suits will not be ready for another week. I am not happy!

HORRIBLE. SKIP THIS LOCATION!!! We ordered the tuxedos for our wedding through Jos A. Banks. Since we work in the area, my fiance was measured at this store and we confirmed with this store on two occassions that we would be picking up the tuxedo from there two days before the wedding. We called again the night before and were told "we have no records for you." None of our groomsmen had a problem using Jos. A Banks at other locations in NY and NJ. We eventually got our tux through another location the day before the wedding. Poor customer service and lazy employees that never even checked our order when we called. Save the trouble and go to another store.
