The people that work there are awesome.. they make sure that I have everything I need to prepare for the twins that I was carrying. When I came in looking for a tray that goes to the stroller I have I seen that it was $30 but I also found the same tray for $11 on Amazon but the store match that price what an awesome place!

Super Experience! I was warmly welcomed when I first entered the store and then went over to the friendly ladies at the registry desk. They said I could make myself comfy in one of the glider chairs there at the desk (and I did) and then one of them even went and got all the items I wanted to buy from the list -- all while I sat and relaxed. They were wonderful and took my coupons and helped me order an item online which was out-of-stock in the store. Can't remember *when* I have been so impressed with the friendliness of a store!! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this store! The staff is always so willing to go above and beyond to help. I'm especially impressed with a gentleman named Paul that is employed at this location. He went out of his way to make our experience stress free and I couldn't thank him enough for all he did for me today.

Literally the easiest baby-stuff-buying experience ever. 1. Checked friend's registry online, picked out the items 2. Went to buybuyBaby store in Harbison on LUNCH BREAK 3. Directed to customer service where they printed registry 4. LOCATED AND GRABBED THE ITEMS FOR ME! 5. Paid and was on my way out. Total time: 10 minutes Fantastic service with a smile. Will definitely go back, and recommend.
