If you have big plans on taking fairly new cloths here and expect a reasonable price for them, don't... We brought a bag of cloths, all fairly new they were 0-6 months, come on how rough do you think a child that was still drinking out of a bottle is on cloths?  After all said and done the lady said that alot were stained and used... Well they were definitely used, as I thought that was the whole point of the store.  There was a nice jacket in there we spent $40 on and they passed it up.  In all honesty I think the staff needs better training when sorting through the items.  Out of about 100 items they took 7 and gave us $7.50... Told us to take the rest even after we offered to donate them.  I would think that is not very good practice if you are willing to give them the rest of the cloths.  Next time I'm taking them to Goodwill where I took the rest and not wasting my time and effort.

This once upon of child sucks! Has horrible workers. I'm sorry but if I'm doing a buy back and they have 5 min left which they said and my daughter wants to buy a movie and use the 20% coupon and pay with her own money WHY do I have to wait til my buy back have to be complete to make that purchase??? That's dumb! First they said I would be done in a hour it's been 2 hours and I didn't complain but my daughter can't make a purchase using the coupon til my buy back is complete. Crazy! The store is a mess, unorganized, dirty and that worker smirk in her face made me want to tell her a few words but it's Sunday and my daughter was with me. She got saved

I have been a regular customer at this store for a few years. The reason I have 3 stars is because there are things I love and don't like about it. What I love is that I can find full seasonal  wardrobes of quality clothes for my kids at a low price. I'm usually able to find new or like new clothing or shoes for a low cost. However, once I bought a ride-in truck for my toddler. I paid $40 for it, but it did not move forward---only backward! I didn't know this when I bought it. My son got very frustrated he couldn't "drive" it forward and never rides in it. I should have returned it. Also, whenever I have tried to sell clothes, I take in a bunch but they only buy one or two pieces, and IMO the pieces they chose were not nearly as nice as the ones they turned down. I asked why and they say it's either due to "brand" or "out of date." Well, the sweater they bought was not a name or high end brand, and it was at least 2 years old. I think they say crap but each worker chooses what they like. There doesn't seem to be any guidelines in choosing clothing. I think that sweater went for $4 and I made all of 60 cents off of it.

I shop here a lot but truly I have become less and less impressed with this store. The employees are so rude. Trading in stuff for a reasonable credit depends on what employee goes through the clothes. The prices have definitely seemed to go up recently and the quality has gone down. They will charge a ton for a name brand dress or article of clothing and it looks SO worn down and disgusting. I'm guessing they just took it cause it was name brand. It's hard to find good stuff anymore.

They have a good selection of used clothing. However, their buy back policies could be so much better than they are. When people take time to select gently used clothes to sale to OUAC, a lot of times, they look them over to make sure there's no stains/damages. And a lot of the items they have on racks is comparable to what I brought in. And I had two bags of clothes that could've met their standards, easily. But they only accetped a few items, gave back the rest. Kind of defeats the purpose for a lot of customers, such as myself, to take time out to try to bring items there for some extra cash. And there was one girl who wasn't very pleasant when I asked why they didn't accept more of my items. She was like "I didn't look thru them". I like OUAC but the buy back procedures could really use some improvement.
