Everyone there is nice. Lots of services provided under one roof makes it very convenient. Appointments are made by necessity, so for general check ups you can get an appointment in a couple weeks. If there is a serious medical need that doesn't warrant an ER visit, they will fit you in.

The Air Force medics have very high quality of work although they are every understaffed

This place is terrible! They have lost referrals on multiple occasions.  When you call no one answers.  Horrible customer service when someone eventually answers the phone! The only reason they are receiving 1 star is because they won't give me the option of zero stars.

Good luck calling and getting anew actual person to talk to. The automated system is worthless.
