Worst Medical Clinic. Nurses don't event know basic stuff about records. Providers really don't care about you. The only thing they know to do is Prescribe Ibuprofen and nothing else. They don't refers you to a specialist, they don't give to you the proper examination. This ia ridiculous.

I been coming for RHC for 25yrs in the army and retired. I still receive the best care at RHC I will never change it.

I've been coming to this clinic for about a year now.  I've never had an issue with scheduling same day appointments for myself and my kids. And the staff is always courteous.

Wait time is ridiculous. Been here a few times and every time i show up 15 minutes early i end up waiting at least half an hour past my actual appointment time. Came here from fort bliss, tx where the clinics strove to keep appointments done on time and i usually didnt even had to wait until the actual appointment time. This clinic is so disappointing.

Had a great experience yesterday after receiving a frantic call from my son's school that he was doubled over in pain, I was able to get him in immediately, the nurses were patient and caring, the doctor kind and thorough and the lab techs in immunizations were funny and absolutely adorable. We had a fantastic experience. 

Then we went to pharmacy.... Awful, just awful. Some people are not meant to work with the public. They should stay behind the wall and count pills. I filled out an ICE report. I'm sure it will be misconstrued in that the misunderstanding was on my part, but when you deal with the public and especially when you deal with people who are not feeling well, there is absolutely no reason to be curt, condescending and completely unreasonable. My 12 year old was in severe pain at school, I was not even at home when I received the call. I dropped everything and got him to a doctor asap. No one asked to see his ID when we drove on post, no one asked to see his ID when I made the appointment, no one asked to see his ID when we checked in, no one asked to see his ID when we went to immunizations, but God forbid my recently turned 12 year old's mother stand in line at the pharmacy for his prescription and not be allowed to get it because my 12 year old doesn't have his MIL ID. Even he told the pharmacist, but she drove me here. I could not have walked all that way. Something is so completely wrong with this system.
