I'm surprised at the bad reviews of the Joel Clinic. I've been going there since 10/16 and the staff has been extremely nice and very caring. Especially the front desk, Ms Scott and the other staff member had been really nice each time I have been. (Several times) Very nice Clinic. Sometimes we have to check our own disposition. JS. God bless you all and may your next experience is as nice as mine has been.

First time at this clinic and the receptionist who checked me in couldn't have been a nicer and sweet lady. I got there a half hour early so I was shocked when they called me in barely 5 mins later. The nurse was super nice and caring. She was very attentive and courteous and same was Dr. Van Winkle. He was paid attention to my knee and used technique I haven't seen before to target the  issue. He was very friendly and kind to my kids as well. I had to go to the pharmacy after and there was no wait at all. The pharmacist was very friendly. Shocked to see the bad reviews on here. Must have been from hard to please or privileged people. I honestly had an awesome experience. I hope they keep these standards going to bring up their reviews. Plus people are more likely to complain and leave bad reviews than write a positive one. So here is mine!

The overall rating should not be this low. The staff have always been friendly and professional. I have never had a complaint walking away from this building.

The staff was super friendly. The appointment was quick and easy. This is my 5th appointment there in the passed year and I've never had a problem.
