Averaged priced. Not too much on display. Had to look thru catalog. Prices in catalog were old and outdated. Price in book was 60$ less then the actual price. My birthstone placement is loose. And the ring is much bigger then the fitting ring i tried on. But they were nice people! And im still overall happy.

Over the past 5 years I've bought multiple pieces of from Mr. Byrne's and associates and have been very pleased with the quality of customer service and their jewelry. He offers unique items and estate pieces, and not just the typical chain store items. Its the only place I go.

I received excellent service at a good price on a ring purchase for my wife last year and a resizing of my wedding ring this year. Highly recommend if you need a jeweler in Summerville.

Horrible communication and unreliable. I went by Byrnes on Saturday because their website said it was open. I arrrived and they were closed (not a holiday). I went back a different day and the person who does all the repairs wasn't there. I left it there and they were supposed to call me to see if A. They could lengthen it, B. Clean it and C. Make it function since it is antique. I got a call saying it was ready to be picked up a few days later. Ummmm???? What exactly was able to be done? Turns out they did 2 of the 3 things. And it would have been nice to have a quote first (didn't get one originally because we didn't know what could be done until the main guy looked at it). The only good thing I could say is it was pretty cheap.
