Bought an engagement ring/wedding band set with a 1ct. loose stone to be set in the engagement ring. Picked what I wanted, had it sent off, then a day later decided I wanted to go bigger to a 1.5 ct. stone. Called to cancel the order, and the charge to my reeds card. Had nothing but great customer service the whole time. No problem cancelling my order and clearing my card. Got the the 1.5 ct. stone in within a few days. Went back up there to compare, and was yet again greeted with nothing but fantastic service, great attitudes and a sincere willingness to help and get the right rings, as well as a great deal. Truly a pleasure working with everyone there and really felt like they wanted to help and wanted to give me what I was looking for!

I bought an engagement ring at Reeds North Charleston two months ago, I recently returned to buy a necklace and some earrings and she actually remembered who I was though I hadn’t been in once since. The service has been super helpful and knowledgeable every time I’ve been in the store and definitely will continue buying there in the future!

I had the best experience at Reed’s in North Charleston. Emalie, you went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. With so many beautiful pieces in the store, making a decision on one was a great challenge. Emalie has such a calming demeanor and wasn’t pushy at all. I normally don’t write reviews. After my experience with Emalie, I knew I had to. If you’re shopping at Reeds in North Charleston, I strongly advise you work with this sweet woman.  Miss Emalie, your customer service skills are exceptional. I look forward to seeing you in mangement soon. I’m claiming it!!!
