C.C. Roofing & Construction has been a family owned and operated business since 1981. Jim Cain President/Owner of C.C. Roofing & Construction began with a small idea and has expanded it into one of the largest roofing companies in West Texas. C.C. This will be their second trip to my home after roofing it to repair shoddy workmanship. The owner is great. The employees not so much.

When an employee breaks one of your skylights it’s kind of a big deal. The owner was never told by the employee that they damaged my property. It then took weeks to get that fixed. 

Then there were roofing nails thrown down my 3 foot tall kitchen exhaust pipe which damaged the ventilation system to my over the stove microwave. Spent more $$$ replacing that. This was obviously intentional as there is no reason for roofing nails to accidentally get tossed down a tall exhaust pipe.

Today we discovered a leak on the enclosed back porch roof after the ice started melting. Unacceptable.

Granted things get taken care of once the owner is made aware of the issue, but the issue should never exist in the first place. The only reason there is one star is due to the owner taking care of the things his employees mess up and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable roofing company

I'll give a two for previous work.  They did a complete roof for me years ago on our old house.  Our new house had some storm damage to a small area, another company never called me back so I called C C to set something up on my day off.  Lady took my name, my number, and said someone would call to meet up with me.  If you're too busy for smaller jobs, I totally get that, but don't tell me someone will call when they're not going to.  Just tell me we are only taking full roof jobs, smaller jobs are not on the list and I'd be cool.  Not calling and having me wait on my day off isn't the right way....I talked myself into one star.

Good honest folks.  Don't expect super quick as San Angelo works at a different pace but these guys are good!

I have been doing business with CC Roofing since 1997.  I have never had a problem with them. They have been polite and courteous and have always gotten the job done right. In 2014, we had a hail storm and put on a new roof on one of the homes on our property. They guarantee their work and have come out on two occasions to ensure that our roof was repaired correctly. Brandon Caine has customer service in mind. I highly recommend this company for your roofing repairs and installations.

Had a new roof installed by this company, it took 2 weeks, a couple of phones calls and a visit to their office get the work done.....I should have trusted my gut on this one.....after it was installed we had a heavy down pour of rain 2 weeks ago(Sep)....you guessed it - we had leak....called them twice and made a visit to their office....I'm still waiting for them to make repairs...
