Excellent customer service, excellent quality of work

There was so many problems when dealing with them. Im a young 24 year girl, single and they did not have any respect when I called with issues a few months later after buying a house they had done the roof on. I called and asked them to come fix a leak and asked about a part of the siding they torn off the paint to, they said they were busy but they will be by in a couple of weeks to fix the leak and paint the strip they tore off. After about a month, noone showed up. I called and left several messages, over 5, with issues of a leak still was occuring and I appreciate if they could call me back. I never got a call back. 3 months later I was so frustrated I called and left another voicemail stating if they do not take care of this leak I will have to take further action because by this point my patience was running thin. They called me back immediately, and said they would be right over. I told them I would be off work for another 2 hrs and I will meet them then. They went to my house anyways, used some fix a leak bottles (later on I found about 5 bottles in my back yard that my dogs were chewing on) they didn't even have the respect to throw them away. Then they left a voicemail on my phone saying they fixed the leak and would not be painting the house where they pulled the paint off, that was only going to be a courtesy. And nothing else. I wanted to call them back, but I was just so disappointed, I didnt. I'm disgusted with their customer service and how they think it's ok to treat people like that!!
