I don't think we've ever been treated so bad. Chase and his team gave us a quote and ordered the equipment for our roof and was supposed to show up a week later on 7-21-17. I've called the office and left messages with the receptionist. She said she'd talk to Chase and Chase's boss. I left messages on Chase's cell. Still no one calls back. Very upset that we've been treated this way and now the roof is leaking. Left my last message today, 9-8, that we're going somewhere else.

Wonderful family company! In the busiest time after a huge hail storm in Odessa, they were the most responsive and did the best work, giving every customer their full attention. Kevin and his team went above and beyond to work with our insurance company and provide service even after the job was done. We will definitely use Ken Elliott again.

Horrible, unprofessional business practices. Another company consumed by greed and treats customers like dirt. Do not do business here unless you want to get ripped off.
