First time here and it was delicious! We ordered the Cowboy Steak, medium cooked of course and it was perfection. The seasoning was on point, no steak sauce needed!!  It is served in a tray on a thin layer of paper which initially took us by surprise but enjoyed it as much as any high-end steakhouse. We also had the Club and some yummy crazy fries for the kids. And for dessert.....banana pudding!

Steak were nicely cooked side was only okay what generated my lower rating was the fact they serve the food on butcher paper on the plastic trays with no plates.  That just doesn't seem sanitary to me.  If I'm cutting a steak and  pull white paper into the bite it sort of ruins my appetite a bit.   I understand the prices are very reasonable but short cutting plates doesn't seem the way to go. That presentation might work for a simple Burger and Fries but not for steaks.    So in the end pretty decent food but overall atmosphere and sanitation leave something to be desired at least for me.

Excellent steak! The squash was fresh and cooked perfectly. The price are great. Will definitely stop by here again when I come through town.

Really great prices, quality, and variety of steaks and BBQ ribs, brisket, sandwiches, etc.. down home casual dining experience.. typical sides like Baked Potatoes, fries, potato salad, beans, etc. Combos and plates include drink and side(s) at better a better value than fast food joints.. BBQ pulled pork on Fri-Sat..
