Wonderful company! I loved working with them! They explain every step of what is going to happen and even sends out cute little videos explaining the step you are on and what is to come next. Everyone you talk to is super helpful and nice. I will be using them every time I need to buy a house and will recommend them for anyone (1st time home buyers or experienced home owners)

My husband and I just purchased a new home threw lending hand! What a wonderful exsperience. I had to do nothing but get them the documents they needed and they handled the rest. Aimee and allison are a amazing team! They figured out what options where the best for me and my family! I would highly recommend using this team and company to anybody! Fast, friendly and amazing costumer service!

Kevin waited until a week before closing to tell me he couldn't change my loan from RD to FHA and refused to ask for a time extension. He yelled and refused to lend to me. I had everything done and ready to close on this house and cost me the sale. It took that house five more months to sell in a fast paced market. He could have changed my loan to FHA and we could have closed in a matter of a couple of weeks, but his pride and ego caused me to lose the property. Do not use this horrible Lender!

Terrible lender.  I close up to 12 homes a year so I know what lenders are supposed to do. This lenders communication is terrible. They do not do there part that a lender needs to do. It took them over 60 days just to order an appraisal. They are not on the ball at all. There internal departments do not communicate.  They love to use every excuse. There are much better lenders to use.
