Very unprofessional. I no longer even rent from vatterott properties and for literally a month straight I have been trying to get them to fax over rental history verification for the new place I plan on moving in. They are truly a hold up in my process. I speak with Shamesha almost every day. And every day she says she will fax it over or email mail it well a month later and I still have not moved into my new place all because they have not simply took 3 mins out there day to fax information over. They have horrible management when I did lease through them I did not even finish my lease out. They don't even fix anything my sister also rented from them and is currently taking them to court because there ceiling had a leak they never came out to fix and it resulted in the ceiling falling in. This is the worst leasing agency I have ever rented from. Even when calling the receptionist desk you will be forwarded to voice mail or you will have a rude receptionist answer the phone. Also the the few months I did lease from them they switched the management several times!
