Carlos has always been there for me.  He's quick to respond to emails, or calls, and works on my behalf to get me the best insurance quotes.  Recently, I was buying a new home and Carlos gave me excellent insurance advice that the real estate agent didn't know about.  I recommend Carlos to everyone.
