So grateful that my van was towed here when it broke down on I 40. In and out within a few hours for a price that was a third of what I paid for the same labor less than a month ago in Nevada. Sam was helpful, friendly, and made me feel at ease in an incredibly stressful situation. Keep up the good work gentlemen and know you will be remembered with great thanks in my prayers. I was traveling from MI to CA to take my daughter to college.  We experienced some car trouble en-route and were referred. Needless to say, the two of us women who happen to know zilch about autos and my 11 yr old son could have been taken for a royal ride even with the phone contact with my husband at home.   BUT Sam was AMAZING.  He came out, listened to what we said and told us there wasn't anything wrong with the car, explained clearly what had happened and how to prevent it in the future and refused any reimbursement for his advise.  Too bad I'm so far from home or he'd get homemade cinnamon rolls!

My family's van broke down on the I-40 at the Grants, NM exit. We were suspicious of the oldly high and few reviews for C&S, but it would have cost us over $300 to be towed back to Albuquerque so we 'risked it'. We couldn't have made a better decision. Sam was extremely kind, honest, and more than willing to explain exactly what was needed to be done. He got our car in and out in only a couple hours. Sam made great company and conversation as well. I would highly recommend C&S to anyone.

I would come back just to spend time with the guys. That's how much I enjoyed their company. Also, they're incredibly honest. I had a loose fuse and he told me how to fix it myself free of charge. When he quoted me on a replacement fuel pump, he made it clear that it wasn't a must. Clearly he wasn't trying to swindle me. He also has a binder full of thank you cards he's received over the years. Clearly most customers leave this place satisfied. I know I did.

Brakes started grabbing while we were traveling. Pulled in here at 5:00pm, they went 2 pick the new rotors & pads up, installed them & had us back on the road by 7pm. GREAT SERVICE & their prives were very reasonable! I would recommend them 2 anyone!
