We have had a couple of cars with body damage repaired here and they are very pleasant to work with. We have tried other body shop companies here in the ABQ area as well. For the most part Quanz does a decent job, didn't seem that their work was any better or worse for that matter then the other body shops we've used. One thing we noted is that it does take them longer to get the job done, more likely due to them being one of the busiest shops in town.

Worked Kyle and he's an amazing 26 yr young man who sincerely cares about customer service. I had dealt with him once before when he was at Maurers body shop. The was quality and I was completely satisfied.

Had my Chevrolet pick up damaged while some idiot tried to steal it right before the holidays.  They did quite a bit of damage to all the wiring around the steering column and of course tore everything up around the steering wheel.  The truck was not drive-able.  I had it towed the next morning to Quantz.  The gals at the desk greeted me right away and couldn't be nicer and more professional.  Once the estimate was completed and submitted to my insurance company, Kyle my service advisor took over.  He made sure the repair was progressing and kept me posted every step of the process.  He called me at least twice a week just to provide an update on the parts.  Once the parts were received, the work was completed timely and accurately even though it took longer than anticipated to receive the parts.  I couldn't be happier with my experience with Quantz and will most certainly recommend them to whoever is in need of mechanical or collision repairs!!!!  Thanks again Quantz and  Kyle  for making this lousy event tolerable...I would also mention that the guys at the Enterprise rental car desk were extremely courteous and professional as well.  My hats off to them for sure!!!!

They're honest, blunt and straight about everything. I probably could of had the work done cheaper somewhere else.  But I wouldn't of left with the same type of confidence in the work.

This company is an excellent, full-service company.  It has maintenance, repair and collision.  The maintenance department is open early and the work has always been done quickly and well.  I always have questions and Daniel or Kodi are patient and give good explanations.  The cost is very reasonable.
