My fiancé and I went to C & S around 2 weeks ago looking to maybe get a new vehicle. Jordan came up to us right away and gave us all the details on the vehicle we were interested in. He was unlike any other car sales man. He was very straightforward and his first priority was to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. We got there pretty late that night because of our schedules and Jordan and a few other workers stayed late just to help us out.  That day we left with our 2018 Subaru Forester and we are extremely happy with it. I would recommend to anyone to go to C & S because we had such an amazing experience there.

Our experience with C&S was fantastic.  I was having a sadly typical experience with a local Subaru dealer, where the price was inflexible, options were unavailable, the car wouldn't be available for weeks, etc.  So I did an internet search to see what else I could find.  Low and behold, I was immediately contacted by someone at C&S, and they were great!  Everything about the experience was great.  When one person wasn't available, they transparently shifted me to someone else on the team.  The options were available, the vehicle was *made* available at no extra cost.  The price was indeed negotiable.  Go figure.
When I indicated that the drive would be a bit of a stretch for my family they said no problem, we'll come pick you up!  Who does that???  Then when one of our add-on parts was not available, they immediately provided a loaner and offered all kinds of options to take care of us.  I'm so impressed with C&S, I just wish they would package how they do business and conduct training for the other dealers in Iowa.  They could prevent a lot of the bad experiences people have at other places.  As has been said before, the Subaru brand is fantastic, and C&S does everything they can to keep that brand untarnished.  Thanks for a great car!

In 2015 they sold me a car that was declared a lemon three times before my purchase, they failed to disclose this information to me, didn't show me the disclosure papers or anything. According to Iowa law dealers must disclose this information instead it was withheld from me, not to mention the price I got it for was way over priced, I trusted them but I should have asked for a car fax. Then when I complained about it once I found out, they claimed they did disclose the information to me and showed me the disclosure papers but yet my signature was absent. They're completely lying and that's bad business, they do not deserve you as a customer. I gave them a chance to make it up but all they offered was a trade in. No thanks. If you go there be careful they do not have honest employees. P.S I did have multiple problems with the car.

This car company is a joke. I bought my car here April 2017. It’s January of 2018 hasn’t even been a full year and my car already has lots of issues. My radio and cruise control isn’t working. There is something wrong with the transmission, something wrong with engine, my transmission fluid was so dirty they said it has not been changed in years you would think they would of changed it if it was so dirty. I bought a 2013 Kia Soul A NEWER CAR! The place I went to said it’s going to cost me 2,000 to fix. I paid $10,000 for this car. I’m a young college student and they screw people like me over. Don’t buy a car here.

Our entire family had the best car dealership experience at this location. Well worth traveling two hours from Des Moines and will continue doing business with C&S because they truly value their customers. Their entire team was amazing especially  Brooklyn, Jordan, and Justin. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed available and were completely honest.
