I was helped by Kevin in the Waterloo Location. Easily a 5-star experience. He is a new employee but carries himself as if he has been selling cars for years. He was able to answer every one of my questions as well as provide recommendations across the lot's inventory. Kevin knows his stuff, definitely asking for him next time I am in need of a vehicle.

Bought a Toyota Highlander. They had to jump it to get it to start but I thought it was because it was sitting. Could not get it to run less than 24 hours after purchase. Had to replace the shift cable and neutral control switch. Only given one key fob. Prior owner said 2 were handed over at trade-in. $1,000 plus in repairs plus still need a fob for $325.91.

I am very disappointed in this car dealership.  I helped my son buy his first car from them.  It was used and not extremely expensive but it was his first car loan.  They have messed up the whole experience in every way possible.  They never sent the paperwork to the loan officer saying the payment should be withdrawn from his bank account.  The Bank then called to say the first payment was missed.  There was a repair that needed to be made...an appointment was made and when my son went in , the service department had no record and just today...two months after purchasing the car I got called and they don't have the title to the car we traded in.  I signed all the paperwork and discussed this when we purchased the car...now we have to run through the whole process again.  I live 2 1/2 hours away.  Very inconvenient

Came into the dealership to get an oil change and what I saw made me sick to my stomach. There was a gentleman that came in and he seemed like he was handicapped an he asked if there were any blue truck for sale. The salesman didn’t seem interested at all and replied “we might” and the guy walked away couple of salesman were mocking his speech and laughing at him. This is not professional at all. I wonder what is said about other customers that come in on a daily basis. I will make sure to take my business somewhere else. Stay classy guys!!

We where help Patty comen she did a wonderful job and help us get a few problems fixed and Evan had someone come and pick us up when are car borken down.even when it wasn't the one we bought from them. Thanks Dan derry and Patty comen
