Very impressed with Rydell of Independence! Jeff and all of the staff were so helpful during the purchase of our new Jeep. They made sure to make it a smooth transaction from beginning to end! We are very happy and will coming back for all of our vehicle purchases in the future!

We had a great experience buying a pre-owned vehicle at Rydell. They had the car listed at a fair price, and were very open and honest in disclosing the vehicle's history and condition. 

We are very happy with the way we were treated and would recommend Rydell to anyone looking for an honest, non-pushy  dealer.

The experience was unprofessional.  They test drove my vehicle without asking, offered an unfair price and degraded my trade-in, and had us stand outside while figuring an offer.  I felt offended by some comments and they didn't ask many question and I was ready to purchase but will be going somewhere else with cash in hand.

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Rydell in Independence.  Great experience.  No pressure, just knowledgeable salespeople.  We bought all of ours through Jeff Haight. Our Escape wasn't in stock but they were able to get it for me.  We highly recommend Rydell.

Been coming here when they were Pinicon Ford. Same friendly helpful staff... and very reasonable labor prices.
