I appreciate the great service that I received from C&W Pump.  I contacted Debbie and we were able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone, order the replacement pump for my spa, and have her son Richard come out and install it in a very timely manner.  It is great to deal with a family owned company that still operates on the old fashioned principles of professionalism, honesty, timeliness, value and cares about their customers.  Thank you!

My single-speed pump died and I wanted to replace it with a variable speed pump.  However, I was told by several different vendors (including the manufacturer) that a VSP would not work with my automated system.  I called C&W Pump and explained my situation to Richard.  He is an authorized rep for the manufacturer of my system and he clearly explained to me how a VSP would work.  I am so pleased to say he was right!  We scheduled a date for the install and it was immediately obvious that Richard knew his stuff. He patiently answered my questions even though I was interrupting his work, and then upon completion, he thoroughly explained everything to me.  
I am very thankful that I found C&W Pump, Pool & Motors and I believe I have a pool service company that I can truly trust.

I called on sat to request service on my pool pump motor they scheduled me for Monday. They arrived per the schedule saw what was wrong removed the motor and replaced it with a new one. They made the adjustments pump works fine. They were timely work was neat I recommend them to do all my pool work from now on. Thanks for your service C&W

We feel so fortunate to have connected with C&W pump and especially Richard in the resolution of our pool pump failure.
He went over and above to work with the manufacturer to get our failed parts replaced and even called his local distributor to get the needed parts in advance of receipt from the manufacturer.
 He did everything in his power to make our pool system whole again. Thanks Richard

I just called C&W pump to get a quote on having a new pump installed for an irrigation system at the new home I'm purchasing. The woman who picked up the phone explained that I needed a separate pump for the irrigation system and my  water-cooled AC system. Great, I repeated her statement as a question (because I was told otherwise and I wanted clarification) then started to ask her more questions and schedule a time for her technicians to come out. Much to my surprise I was hung up on. I did hear phones ringing in the distance and she seemed flustered and exasperated. Apparently they are so busy they don't need my business. I will take it elsewhere. I was told to avoid this company (and to go to G&W Pump) but I wanted to give both companies the opportunity for my business. I'll be calling G&W as was recommended by my home inspector and family friend.
