We are fully aware that life presents some difficult challenges to all of us. There are some things that we don't understand, but still have to work through. Many people are faced with overwhelming chronic physical limitations and suffer from pain.

These are common problems for many individuals, but massage is a very effective solution for a lot of people. Massage enables us to move toward a state of Homeostasis and relieve stress, which brings relief for many.

Studies show that massage may promote muscle relaxation, relaxation from muscular pain syndromes, prevention and treatment of delayed muscle soreness, improved athletic performance, enhanced recovery rehabilitation following muscle injury, and the treatment of immobilized or paralyzed muscle.

Join us for a Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Aromatouch, or Hot Stone massage. We have several different add-ons to choose from. Each massage includes full use of our Steam Shower and Infrared Sauna.
