I could not find the size camouflage clothes I was looking for.  Talked to an employee who said  to look over by the waterfalls.  Which was not even close to the clothing area.   There was only one checkout line and I'm pretty sure he needed more training. He had problems with the customer in front of me.   Then the computer wouldn't accept  my gift card  it sounded like a common problem.   Not the best experience. ... 
Hopefully I will get a gift card to some where else next time.

Nice, clean store. Greeters always welcome with a smile. The rest of the staff, however, is hit or miss, if you're lucky enough to get a hold of one. This is especially true at the gun counter. There never seems to be enough staff working in that area. More people than ever are buying firearms, and it usually takes most people awhile to make a decision on what to purchase, especially people new to firearms. On more than one occasion, I've stood in front of the counter for several minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Though I was just looking at the time, if I had been there to buy it would have probably caused me to go elsewhere. It makes me wonder how many other people had the same experience. Cabela's, please improve the service at the gun counter. People spend good money on firearms....

Customer service here is nonexistent.  Expect to wait until you will do anything they want to get out of the store.  Go to Dick's, Scheels, Mills Fleet, or anywhere but this place.  They refused to accept my gift card even after I showed her the online balance.  Asked me if they could throw it away for me.  I think she knew it was valid and wanted to keep it for herself.  Watch out for the young cashier with the pony tail.  A real fraudster.

Went here for a gun, every employee at the gun section trys to avoid you then waited for an hour, they finally got my gun for me. I filled out the paper work and  the employee said they will call me after the background check clear. So, I left to work. I got home from work and no voice mails. The next day I went and check I got approved by the state but some how the employee didn't understand how to read english and miss type some of my information which he had my drivers license at the time. I had to redo my paper work again and wait another day especially when they bearly have any customer service, giving them 1 star is being too nice.

Joesph in the gun department did an outstanding job taking the time to education myself and my wife on our first shotgun purchase. Provided us with excellent service and gave us a great education today.
