One would think that service would be a bit quicker on a Sunday. NOPE. After being passed over because I wasn't "checked in" waited another half hour and watching 2 employees stand behind the counter for over ten minutes I left. Shouldn't the store be better than calling?? Also Wi-Fi was useless

Go to the one on the other side of town. This place is a joke. No sense of urgency to help the line of customers waiting to give them their money. I have a genius management idea, let's not send 50% of the staff to lunch when 5 people have been waiting 45 minutes to be helped. And let's train the rest of them to multi task a little bit instead of standing around watching someone play with their new phone. If you want to waste half your day watching frustrating examples of incompetence, this is the place for you.

Att service is very good. I always feel that when I visit this location they are less concerned with addressing issues and more concerned with trying to sell me something else.
