Always helpful and friendly staff.  Today they went above and beyond.  As the two gentlemen we're loading our new TV and dehumidifier, our one Greyhound jumped out and ran into the store.  Everyone said he was quite fast.  They were able to catch him and bring him back out safe and sound.  All is well that ends well.

I love Best Buy.  Far too much in regards to my savings account... Most employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They'll answer all your questions or find someone that can. You tell them your problem, they'll find a solution. Join their reward program! Needn't be a credit card holder to do so. Best Buy has you covered on grabbing the latest DVD or video game, to installing an entire home entertainment center, to setting up security cameras inside and outside of your home or business. One thing they could improve on is in-store selection of movies, albums, and games.

Best Buy is clearly showing its struggle.  Expect the company to follow Circuit City into oblivion soon.  This particular is very difficult to enter and exit the parking lot due to the layout of the surrounding roads.  Inside the store the ceiling had a substantial water leak being caught in a large bin.  Lots of clearance items, including oddly out of place merchandise like Star Wars toys and Barbie dolls.  The only thing Best Buy is good for these days is handling merchandise before ordering it from Amazon for 2/3 the price.

Went there this week to purchase a TV. I usually would do a purchase over the internet but decided to see the TV before I purchase and see if I can get a deal. They also have some open box items that you can for even a better price. I ended up buying a TV but had to keep dodging the sales people and avoid the best buy credit card offers. I understand they have a job to do but still, this is still the same best buy that it was about 10 years ago and I don't think it will change.

Great Best Buy location. Over the years they've  been helpful to me throughout a variety of transactions ranging from movies & games to computers & large home appliances. I can't recall ever feeling let down by their customer service. And I've been a customer at this location for many years.
