We are a first generation family owned & operated farm, established in 2000 in Upper Marlboro, MD. We are a local, pasture-based farm. Our animals are never given steroids, antibiotics or hormones. We are an old-fashioned sustainable farm that uses modern technologies coupled with historically proven practices such as rotational grazing, to produce the highest quality products.
We believe animals should be treated with respect, raised naturally out in the sunshine & fresh air; grazing on fresh grass, under the shade of woodland trees. Our Berkshire Pigs have a succulent flavor - there's just something different about their meat! Our Rhode Island Reds & Golden Comets provide healthy, brown eggs that will make any cake stand tall! Our heritage rabbits are a fan favorite.
We have expanded our operation to include beef, lamb, and meat chickens.
We also co-op with a dairy in Western Maryland, so now offer milk, cheese, yogurt and other diary products.
