I had my verly old heat pump replaced by Belair Engineering (luck of the draw) in June 2011 and have had a maintenance contract with them ever since. My system has been running great with only a couple minor issues that Belair fixed right away. After recently losing employment, I didn't think I could afford to renew the contract. One month overdue on payment, I experienced failure of the system to cool. i called Belair and was able to work out a payment plan for the maintenance plan and place a service call. Within two hours a Warren G, knocked on my door to check out the problem. The fuses in the outside power box were bad, and Warren found the problem quickly. He replaced the fuses at no cost to me (other than the maintenance contract fee paid when I called). He was efficient, respectful, friendly, and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. This was my first experience with Warren, and I was quite impressed as I watched him work. I have to say, Belair Engineering has never let me down, and Warren G. is certainly a great asset to the company. Thank you, once again, Belair Engineering.

Rusty was wonderful. He put on his booties even though he didn't have to and as before he was excellent in his work ethics and standards in making sure the job was done right...the first time! He was extremely courteous and professional. He left my fireplace in better condition and cleaner than it was. I am a loyal Belair customer and will recommend them to all of my friends because of Rusty!

Yesterday we had out routine, Spring AC system check. The technician who came was Russell. What a pleasure to have him keeping the equipment in good shape. He called ahead of time to say when he was on his way, and called on the cell phone so I didn't have to keep dodging telemarketers on the house phone. He was enthusiastic and seemed to want to be doing nothing else but being on the job checking my house. As a consumer, my impression of a company is mostly based on the technician who comes out to the house. And what a good rep Russell is. Send him back for the Fall tune up on the furnace!!

Rusty from Belair Engineering arrived promptly at 0900, maybe even a minute or two before that. He checked the a/c and found a problem with the capacitor. He replaced the capacitor, and the a/c worked fine. I am very pleased with Rusty's technical knowledge and his overall handling of his service call. Thank you Belair Engineering.

Working with Belair Engineering was fast and efficient for my HVAC needs. The company was responsive and communicative in getting a contractor to service my unit. The contractor was professional and knowledgeable. I recommend using this organization.
