For the most part I will say I enjoyed my experience at Granite Grannies. I agree with some of the statements made about Lori, the owner, from previous customers. At first she came off very abrasive and hard to communicate with. She made it a point to insult some of the other granite companies I was looking into working with which seems a little unethical and very unnecessary. But overall I love my granite selection and the work done in my kitchen. Her staff (April and the fabricator she uses) were very patient with me and understanding. I as a homeowner so I am very cautious about what I am purchasing and the renovations I'm doing to my home. I think after my first encounter with Lori we knew how to communicate better with each other. The only other comment I have is that her installers tore open a box containing a faucet I had just purchased to use the cardboard as a surface for the glue they were making. I wasn't sure if I even wanted the faucet and didn't authorize them to do so. Now I have to return the faucet in a box all torn to pieces. All in all, I would use Granite Grannies again. I would just encourage Lori to be conscious about how she is coming off to her customers. If first impressions were what I was going off of I would not have worked with her. Overtime things got better between us. Thank you Granite Grannies. I am excited about the look of my new kitchen.

My husband and I bought our home over a year ago and needed to replace some very bad looking and poorly installed laminate. We went to Granite Grannies and we were very impressed with not only the selection of stone but the quality we could obtain for a relatively reasonable price. We liked the fact Granite Grannies gave us a lower cost option, moderate cost and high cost option and made it clear there were stones to fit every budget. Lori and her team really know their stuff and everyone from the office staff to the install team were very professional. I am glad she recommended that we purchase a new Blanco faucet, which really looks amazing with the new sink and counter. Most importantly, our granite countertops look fantastic. We will definitely approach them again when we redo our fireplace and/or bathroom vanity countertop.

We saw some of Granite Grannies projects on Houzz and really liked them. Particularly one with a particular granite that we could not find in Florida. While on a business trip to Washington we drove the 30 miles to Granite Grannies to get some advice from Lori. Knowing that we lived a thousand miles away and could not be her customer, she took the time to educate us on granite, quartzite, marble, etc. and gave my wife advice on why she couldn't find what she wanted, and how to go about finding just the right stone for our countertops. Amazing lady!
