Upon realizing we had a leak that wasn’t easily detected we contacted CPL.  CPL had a tech on site quickly.  The tech (Jason) was very personable and patient with me as he went about his work (I was anxious to find out what our issue was).  Within a very reasonable amount of time Jason felt confident he knew what the issue.  He explained everything to me so I could explain the issue to the plumber and he provided a detailed invoice as well.  Jason was correct... the plumber followed the guidance and our “slab leak” was resolved.

Very impressed with the excellent customer service.  I was able to get a next-day appointment and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and efficient.  I received a call later that day to confirm.  On the day, the technician, Jake called prior to arrival.  Jake was very kind and certainly knows his trade.  He located and marked the leak, answered a number of questions, made sensible suggestions and was very professional.
I have recommended CPL and would definitely use them again.

CPL was very professional and wonderful to deal with for our challenging project- we own a unit in a high rise and our low voltage wiring running from our unit to our AC/Heat unit on the roof broke in an unknown location between our unit and the roof.  We needed a company that specialized in low voltage wiring to assist in finding the break and fix the conduit wiring. I called several electricians and finally was recommended to CPL to utilize a toner.  Mark was so courteous and informative with the project.  I highly recommend CPL for both residential and commercial needs.

Excellent customer service. Technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend CPL for locating underground leaks.
