Our goal is more than providing you with the best car wash, it is all about providing an amazing customer experience. From our Cactus Cafe, to the luxurious Southwestern themed waiting area, to our hand-dried touch, at Cactus Car Wash you come first!

In 1996, Frank Lynch built the first Cactus Car Wash in Charleston, South Carolina with a simple goal: provide an outstanding car wash experience. At Cactus Car Wash, the customers relax in a comfortable lounge while the high-tech equipment and highly trained staff clean their cars quickly and thoroughly. Wax and detailing services satisfy the most ardent car-lovers. Before long, Cactus Car Wash became one of the most successful car washes in America.

If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would. Looked up online to make sure they were open, hours listed as open until 5 pm on Sunday. Drove over 20 minutes to get my car detailed. Pulled up and they are closed! I am literally standing in front of a sign that reads; "winter hours" Sunday: 9am - 5pm. It is currently 2:30pm. Huge inconvenience. Called phone number and voicemail also states open on Sunday?!? Get it together. Not how you run a business and a complete waste of my time.

After having some bad experiences and leaving a review, i was contacted by one of the owners, Chris who apologized for my bad experiences and offered me a full wash with buff/wax. I could definitely tell that this is a place where the management cares deeply about their customer's experiences. He even gave me his mobile number to call him for any reason reguarding my experiences. After coming back and getting my wax, i am very pleased with the service that I received. They tended to me personally when i arrived and made sure that i would get the best job possible for my car. I have never had any manager anywhere who was more apologetic and cooperative than Chris. All the rest of the staff were super friendly too. Come to this car wash, they do care. If something goes wrong, they will go completely out of their way to fix it. I've been here a few times.  It usually takes about :30-:40 minutes to get a wash completed.  Not sure if that's a good thing, but they do seem busy every time I go.  I usually just bring a magazine to read and kill the time.  
The staff is pleasant, some more than others, and my car is clean.  The inside always smells good too!  Can't do five stars, and won't give 3, so I'll meet in the middle!

Went yesterday.  1st timer.  Paid $200 for the premium service.  They gave me $2 off for being a veteran.  My car's interior is still soaked today with water on every window on the interior.  Never again.  If I ever return to this establishment I'll make sure I do not get my interior done as this is unacceptable and my cars interior will mold if I don't put in the extra work to dry it myself.  I also bought Damp Rid from Lowes to keep the mold from growing.  Everything is simply soaked.

Pretty good wash and clean for the price. The wait was fairly long, so bring something to do during peak hours. I also noticed that my car had a mark on it from the door being opened too wide and hitting a cleaning unit. Nothing too damaging but a bit concerning.
