The best DIY car wash. Run your car through the wash and you get to use the vacuums free! I also like the air hose for blowing dirt out of corners. They provide glass cleaner and cleaning cloths.

The guys here are great! I have a monthly subscription and it is so convenient to just drive through any time I need to. I love that they don't charge extra for the vacuums, the car mat cleaner or the glass cleaner.

Worst experience ever had.  I have a brand new off the lot only a couple weeks old 2018 car.  I had to get a wash after all this weather and my car is now scratched entirely throughout the whole body.  This is a new car that means I know for a fact they weren't there and I noticed right away when I saw them

Edit: this is a reply to the owner.  I have gone back and we watched the video and picture the employee had sent you.  You can not see any pre-existing scratch and even the employee I spoke with admitted with the lighting and color you can not.  

I have filled a form reporting the damages so how you all respond to this will effect how I further edit this review.  I will repeat this is a brand new 2018 car.  These aren't just a couple scratches it is multiple scratches from the nose of the car to the trunk on both sides that are noticeable and covering the entire body.  They go straight down the car in a way only a machine will cause.  You have completely destroyed the body of my brand new car with damages even years of me driving wouldn't cause.
