These guys do a great job cleaning your car, especially the Hispanic ladies. They really put tremendous effort and pride into their work and deliver your car as clean as it can be inside and out, even the door jams and trunk, plus windows and sunroofs. I’ve even seen the ladies use little brushes to clean out little crevices throughout the interior. Perry the manager is super friendly and really cares about the quality of work and inspects many cars coming through the line, coaching staff as necessary. I highly recommend In & Out Car Wash.

UPDATE: I went back in at a less busy time and was able to get my car detailed and they did a pretty good job and the service wasn't too bad. I really still wish they would put a visible sign out when they can no longer take full details for the day because you can't get out of the line once you're in it and I wish they could have better answered my questions about the package I got, especially since there were no cars behind me, but I ended up getting exactly what I needed.

I came to get a basic wash and and to get my seats shampooed because I didn't want to go to Cactus. I sat in the line for about fifteen minutes only to be told that they just stopped taking more cars to be detailed a few minutes before I got there, four hours before they close. I looked all over their website to see if they have a particular time of day that they stop taking new cars to detail, but I didn't find anything. Then I had to wait about twenty minutes after finding out they couldn't do what I needed to get out of the line of cars. There were no signs or anything around saying they couldn't do anymore detailing today.

Very pleased first time customer! Was impressed with how much you get with the $39 wash/ wax. Car looks great! Staff was very friendly as well. Definitely coming back!

I live in Beaufort and would happily drive the hour it takes just to get my car washed from these guys. Amazing job and attention to detail every time. They even helped me buff off cemented love bugs from my hood for free! Highly recommend!

First time customer and I was very happy with the service and staff.  My car was very dirty inside and out and they did a great job getting it clean.  I did have to ask for a little extra vacuum love on the interior as there were some missed spots but they had no problem obliging and vacuuming the spots I pointed out.  Went during lunch break and they were quick (25 min total from start to finish).  Only thing I'd change is maybe vacuuming after the wash. They are too rushed vacuuming before the car goes into the wash that I think they'd do a better job if they waited until it was washed, but then I guess they'd have to worry about the hoses leaving dirt or smudges on the clean exterior.  All the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful.
