I just left the service department and continue to be happy with their professionalism. My family has purchased and services their vehicles here for many years.  The people at this dealership actually care about their clients and you feel like you're in good hands from the time you walk in the door.  Most people say stay away from the dealerships but this dealer stands apart from the rest. Thank you Mike and Sarina for the continued great service!

Sales representatives were helpful and accommodating even when very busy. The financial process, which can be very stressful, went very smoothly. We had the opportunity to learn all about the car and were not rushed. Our representative followed up a few days later to check in and see if we had any more questions after we had time with the car.

Amazing experience with extremely professional people. Raj knew everything about the car and and since buying I only need to drop an email with a question. How did I not find Cadillac sooner ?

Can't say enough good things about my experience. EVERYONE was absolutely AMAZING!!! Ian, Raj, & Henry took great care of me. I would definitely recommend Cadillac of Greenwich if you are looking to buy a car.
