Extremely fair and very communicative dealership and staff. I needed just general maintenance and a small aesthetic repair. Because the small part wasnt in stock and would take a couple of weeks to be ordered, I acquired the part myself and they installed it with no problem. Just a great organization all around and certainly would rather provide good service first before trying to overcharge or oversell. I would 100% use them for a new purchase when the time comes. I am always happy to give my business to people and companies that earn it and these guys absolutely do. Early bird drop off is a cinch and they call you when they say they will. Small details matter and they always follow through.

Too much to list. All aspects. Being nice doesn't equate to being knowledgeable. Go elsewhere. Trust me. In response to your generic response, I'm convinced that my certified pre-owned Odyssey was not given a real 182 point inspection prior to the sale. Simple things such as air and cabin filters were filthy as well some parts of the van that had crayon markings all over it. Makes you wonder if the real important stuff was checked (i.e. brakes, suspension, etc.). And furthermore, steering wheel made a clicking noise, found a service bulletin from Honda that detailed what the problem was, had the car into service twice, replaced two different things and not the item described in the Honda service bulletin, but clicking noise still present. Service guys were nice and courteous but problem not fixed. I decided I'd take care of the issue over the summer, when I had more time, and brought it to the dealership that is 10 minutes from my home rather than Greenwich, which is 45 minutes away. I gave Greenwich a shot at fixing the problem initially because I figured that I bought the car from them and they should be the ones to fix it. Brought the car to my dealership last week, told them what had transpired, they looked at the service bulletin, said let's order the parts according to the bulletin, and guess what, problem solved. Mind you, the van is still under the original bumper to bumper warranty. And finally, Greenwich gave me a card for a free first oil change. Asked if my wife could use it for her Civic since she works close by to the Greenwich dealership and I would not be coming to Greenwich just for a free oil change. Was told no problem. She brings her car into the express service last week and was told she couldn't use it there, had to use it at the main service area. Are you kidding me!! Called and left service manager a message and asked if he could call me back to resolve this, and never received a return call. There were other things as well (VIN window etching that's preprinted on the bill was not done. You make it look like it has to be done but it is not required. Regardless, I paid for it and it wasn't even done. Had it done when I brought it in for the steering wheel issue. Received no literature for warranty information. I had to inform the salesman and the finance person that I was eligible for an additional 12 months and 12,000 miles for the bumper to bumper warranty). The kicker is that I never lost my patience with anyone. I treated everyone with respect and understanding. My salesman even said that other people would have been pissed and let them know it. The lack of a return call for something as stupid as a free oil change prompted this review. After all else, couldn't even honor that. Done with Greenwich Honda. Sales. Service. Done.
