A great place to purchase a car. I looked at several places before going to this location and I have to admit this place really will work with you and find the right car for a great price. Josh Garcia was helping us every step of the way, a great guy and an excellent customer service. It was my first car buying experience and I really appreciate his effort and dealership's honesty about not having any hidden fees. I will recommend this place to anyone.

I just love the service and effectiveness of this dealership. The staff is always helpful and the work complete They all make one glad one chose to drive a LEXUS..... great car, great service, great location ..... THANK YOU LEXUS of Greenwich!!!!!

Absolutely Top tier Lexus dealer in the area. Augie Sharron is the man to ask for because he is simply amazing with an interesting background. Buying a car can be stressful, and he will guide you through the entire process with no worries and questions unanswered. He really made me feel comfortable and give me plenty time to pick and choose. The entire team works seamlessly under the management of their brilliant manager Louis. They know how to conduct themselves professionally in every single way. The best car buying experience I have every had! I will definitely come back next time and I would gladly to recommend them to anyone who wants to experience the passionate pursuit of perfection!

One of the best Lexus dealers in the trip state area. They tell it to you straight. No pressure to buy or fix anything.

For 7 long years I have been asking Lexus of Greenwich to remove me from their mailing list. I unsubscribe every time I get an email. I have spoken on the phone and over email, on a number of occasions, with their marketing coordinator and IT staff; each time they promise me it won't happen again, and a few months later I get another email. They continue to send me spam, I recommend that you do not give them your email address. More troubling than the junk mail is their indifference to my requests. Since emailing them 2 month ago (most recent email) and posting on both Yelp and Google, I have been ignored. If this is how they treat customers with simple issues, I don't want to consider how they treat customers with maintenance or warranty issues.
