From the moment we drove into the dealership until we drove away with our new vehicle was under 2 hours!  That included finding the vehicle we wanted, making the deal, financing approval, and contract signing.  Michelle took amazing care of us and went above and beyond in her courteous and professional handling of us.  Ed took time to introduce himself, establishing his availability for any questions we may have had.  I encourage anyone looking into buying a Cadillac to visit Cadillac of Portland.

We were able to get all the paperwork done via phone and online so the actual time spent signing paperwork was minimal.  It took longer to go over the features of the car🙂 than the to do the transaction which was great!!  This is our first Cadillac and we are looking forward to the driving and ownership experience!!  Thanks to Tom D for his help and professionalism.

I bought my car here and have had it serviced ever since.  It has been a pleasant experience until today.  First, I was left to hold on service line for 5 minutes, answered again and put on hold, and then went to schedule on line featured and was dropped twice.  Last, want to schedule a lube, oil, filter service for May 11th which is 10 days away and was told the soonest you have available is 5/15.  If in today’s service market you are 3 weeks out on lube and oil features than I think something is amiss.  Normally return all the way from Phoenix when visiting back in Portland to have car serviced.  No longer I guess as will find alternative.  Bummer.

This is the second time I have been to the new facility and both times the experience has been terrific. When I had to take my car in for service at the old facility, I dreaded it, knowing something would not be done correctly or it would take twice as long as was promised. Both times here the team was helpful, called me by name when I arrived, and my car was done earlier than anticipated. Even during a power outage, everyone was helpful, friendly and good spirited. A complete turnaround from my experiences at the old facility. The service manager needs to be congratulated. I no longer dread bringing my car to you facility for service.

Asked for some pictures on three different occasions regarding a car and get nothing. The first time they said I had the wrong email the second and third I know I sent them the correct email. I don’t think they want people’s business or they have incompetent employees. They act like your getting great customer service but it’s a bunch of hot air... I will never inquire or work with them again! If this can happen then what will happen when you buy a car and it has problems... your $?!# out of luck!!!
