What I liked most about the experience with Kuni was the low-pressure sales experience. Our salesperson was Marcus, who simply answered all of our questions without trying to bury us with a lot of unrelated promotional information. This was unlike most of the other places we visited. The sales process seemed to go smoothly and the price was reasonable--we didn't see a lot of price variation among numerous dealers. The used car we bought did have a mechanical problem not long after we bought, and Kuni made it pretty simple to take care of it, at no cost to us. I would shop here again.

Buying high class car in high class environment! Our salesman Joe Taft went above and beyond to meet our needs, he really changed my whole car buying experience to excellent. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and there was not, even for a second, any attempt made to push the sale at any cost. We checked 5 cars, test drove one and made our decision. Joe did not drift once from his high level of professionalism in four and a half hours we spent with him. Definetly highly recommended dealership for exceptionally good treatment of their prospective customers.

Had a small fluid leak & got an appointment very quickly. Audra Nash, my service advisor, got my car right in and later in the day called with the diagnosis. The repair was extensive & took several days; Audra called every day with an update, offering a loaner car several times (though I didn't need one). At one point the Service Manager, Gary, met with me and explained, in detail, the reason for the extended repair time. The tech did a great job and no more leak...just one of those things. Best technical and customer service you can ask for!

Abdul and Jacob were wonderful to work with and made our car buying experience really positive! From start to finish, we definitely were comfortable with the entire process and never felt any pressure to purchase. Abdul understood our needs and went out of his way to find the right vehicle for us.

Kuni BMW and Dave Stout my service manager have gone above and beyond to keep my car running to its full potential. I bought a used 335i and from day 1, Kuni has made me feel like I owned the nicest BMW in production. Their service department has gone above and beyond the call of duty thanks to careful recommendations by my professional service adviser Dave. I have brought the car in countless times and each time am provided with a loaner or ride home. Dave has always made sure the work done is covered by the warranty or my extended warranty and I am never left with any surprises. I will be a loyal Kuni customer for years to come thanks to my great experience with the great staff and service department. Thank you!
