Normally I would not post this but today is a different day. I go here every day despite how expensive it is I have been going here for five years because when you are hungry and have nowhere else to go you would think this place is a God send? WRONG!! Besides this place being overpriced, I get it; the rents are high so are the prices you pay but at least give me some good service; but nope. after working 15 hours, you wait for the guy to make you a veggie omelet with red onions, jalapeño, no cheese and you think you are finally going to get the meal you need with some good service especially when you are paying premium prices. I give my order and I am being told there are no red onions, meanwhile I am looking at the red onions they have cut up in the Deli section not to mention, it was no issue when they made me the same omelet a couple of days ago!!!! I tell the man I see the red onions right there and you are telling me you do not have red onions; he pauses and tells me they are for the salad only, but then I tell him, I got the same omelet just the other day without any issues!!!! I mean what gives!? I want to say he is being racist? I mean what is it? I am starving, I have not eaten and no the only thing I am being served is not breakfast but terrible, bad service and its honestly quite shameful at 6:30 am!!!!
Heavily overpriced. Lost my patronage forever. It would be one thing if the food was quality, but it isn't. Go out of business immediately because you're trash.
Take out only, no dine in. Half grocery half dining. Has a buffet that costs by weight.
This place is convenient if you work at the hospital and can’t go anywhere else but twice my friend and I have gotten food there and, after it tasted weird, realized it was expired. Not going to go here anymore if I have any other choice.
This is a great spot in an area barren of options. They have everything you could ask for. Great hot and cold salad bar. Great toss salads with lots of ingredients. Amazing deli as well. Wide selection of other products too. The staff are always extremely friendly. Lines can be long at peak hours but they go fast. Extremely clean. Definitely check this spot out if you’re in the area and in need of some food.
The worst experience period The cook refused to make my sandwich and then told his coworkers don’t make my sandwich because he didn’t want to fry any hash browns . I’m a nyc employee and this is the only store available on my lunch break. I’m sorry but these deli workers have no respect for anyone especially with their over priced prices
Great place that has a nice custom salad station and hot food bar. The tuna melt is amazing. Highly recommended if looking for tasty quick eats.
Very solid, steady NYC lunch time Korean cuisine serving huge nearby NYU, Bellevue and associated hospital complex. Staff Uber friendly and helpful. Sadly, avoid chronic homeless crowd near entrance. Homeless shelter across the street. Awesome daily Asian buffet, soups, salad bar and morning/lunch specialty lunch bagel counter. Morning deals in egg bagel cheese sandwiches. No public bathroom M15 SBS NB across the street. Nearby head west on 29th to Starbucks 3rd Ave. NYU main lobby has Covid testing and vaccine facility.
It seen better days. The amount of flies at the grill was a kill joy for me. With the covin 19 ending by spring. The owner should at least paint and a deep cleaning would do wonders .
The foods pretty good! Custom salads, hot and cold sandwiches. Bagels and eggs available most of the day. The paninis are pretty solid honestly. I think it's great as a quick take out place
