I haven't dined in for awhile but wow the dish ware they have so uncomfortably heavy.... I'm giving them a 1 star just for that.  The food was delicious & it came out in a timely fashion but I was with someome else and literally could not grab her tray & mine when our orders were ready,  it was so heavy. I came to eat Cage Express NOT WORK OUT!

The food takes too long and it is often not right. I was disgusted when I found a fly in my food today after eating about half of my meal. I've been going here with my family for many years now and this place has never the slightest bit impressed me. If you want hardly mediocre food that takes way longer than it should, eat here. The new interior looks better and less depressing and the soft drink selection has changed to weird off-brand beverages (with the exception of Dr. Pepper and that wasn't even good) but other than that not much has changed. The place still smells like cleaning product and wet rags, and overall this restaurant is disappointing and unsatisfying. I am not coming back here to eat ever again.

My family and me use to go for lunch every Sunday after church .Well last Sunday, and i made a complained to the chef about the french fries and the chicken tenders,because their looks like very dark and grows,like they been fries in old oil , and the chef, just said to me ' yes and if you want it again, is going to be the same ' Honesty i wasn't  expecting that type answer from the chef. That made me feel like they dint care about the costume satisfaction .

Always the same. I order chicken salad on wheat, not toasted, plain and dry, no lettuce, no tomato, no mayo.  I always end up with ciabbata bread, with lettuce, tomato and mayo.  Happened again today, sent it back, then it came out toasted.  I just don't understand how hard it is to make it right the first time.   And why does it have to be spicy?  And now they did away with the standard drinks.  RDG, you need to reset to the old ways

Had the veggie burger with swp fries. The fries were cold and the veggie burger was decent. Their salads look great I should have gotten that instead. Okay for a quick bite. 
Don't try the weird sodas.
