The food is 5 stars always... but as far as the togo ordering don't expect good service if it's busy. I rarely get my food at the promised time when it's busy. But I love Cafe Rio I'll come back always!!

My husband and I love getting the specials on Friday at cafe rio. We called ahead to make sure they had fideo's for the night 3 hours before they closed. They said yes so we drove from Roy to north Ogden. And we get there and they said they are out of steak. When on the phone they said they had plenty ( which is why I drove all the way to that one) So I picked a different meat and right when I was checking out they also didn't have guacamole, when I could clearly see some on the counter behind her she said they couldn't get into that one. Then right as I'm checking out someone goes and starts cooking steak. It was a terrible experience and I will never  go back to the north Ogden location because of the lack of effort and communication. It's worth the drive to go to a different one

Exceptional food.  Friendly staff.  Good price.  Very happy we went there.  Even the kids enjoyed it!

Think about a dining experience that tickled your taste buds and exceeded your service expectations. You'll receive exactly the opposite at this location. The young dunce who wrapped our burritos failed to put sauce in the first one, which I had him correct, resulting in him burning his hands while removing it from their Easy Bake Oven, then he immediately did the same thing with the second burrito. When the burritos came out the other side, the half-stoned Coraline lookalike used her gloved hands, which she was dunking in soapy water, to place the lettuce and pico on the burritos. No apologies. 

You're better off dumpster diving. #freegans

I love all their food! Fresh, fast and satisfying. And so convenient, just minutes from our house.
