I always go to this location and they have always been nice and done my orders correctly but this time no. I asked the guy on the phone (I think Kaden) if the name was Big Murphy's stuffed and he said yes and I said that's the one I want. It has no onions in it. I picked up, came home, cooked the pizza, and it's Chicago stuffed. Eww. I know it wouldn't be a big deal to some but my family really hates onion. I'm so pissed cause I asked him to make sure and it still was messed up

If I could no star I would! The WORST customer service and organization I have ever seen, the owner of this location is absolutely unprofessional! She told me I could come help make pizza if I want to help the line go faster 😡😤 absolutely ridiculous!! I called my order an HOUR before coming to get it! And then I had to stand outside for 20 mins and my Pizza wasn’t even ready!! I’m beyond pissed and disappointed 😔 I will never return to this location again!

We ordered the Cheeseburger Bacon Pizza and Timmy, one of the employees there, mentioned that we could make fry sauce to dip the pizza in.  We did that and the results were incredible!  The whole family loved the pizza and fry sauce.  The service at this location has always been wonderful.  The staff are always friendly and helpful and the service is fast.  Highly recommended.
