Pizza was disgusting, no cheese barely any toppings. Cheese sticks came as breadsticks with some mozzarella thrown on top. Not even a handful of cheese. The culture at this location is toxic and cultivates extremely low quality customer care and product. Manager and an employee hung up on me when I requested a replacement order. Manager not afraid to use vulgar language. I tried giving them chances. Called their corporate customer care and gave a formal complaint. Happens way too often. Hopefully they make some changes so we can have good pizza from pizza hut again

The pizza was horrible! It was cold, no cheese and looked very old and dry! The chicken wings were also cold and it took 50 minutes to get it! ( they are only 2 block's from here!) Don't waste your money here!

The worst place to order pizza. The last 3 times we have gone our orders have been messed up. We get told if we wait 30 minutes and go back for a new pizza we could but it was still wrong. We were offered a 20 dollar credit so today I tried to use it and it suddenly disappeared. They wanted full price for the pizza. I checked the pizza while I was there and it was wrong again one pizza didn't even have cheese on it. The manager was unbelievably rude and had the worst attitude. I will drive out of my way to go to a different pizza hut that is if I ever go back.

What little options you have with ingredients, it's disgusting and under cooked. I don't know how you manage to under-cook pasta AND chicken but Pizza Hut manages it. No vegetarian options and the meat is swimming in grease. Even the dog won't touch this.

Extremely disappointed. We waited a hour and a half for our food. Finally the delivery man sent me a text saying he couldn't find our place so he's skipping us and going to his next delivery. What the heck? Why didn't he just call and clarified where we live? Isn't that the point of giving them your phone number? We literally live less than five minutes from this Pizza Hut. Never had this problem before. We called the store and was transferred from person to person to person. No one knew anything and didn't even try to help us. The manager finally got on and said there was nothing he could do and that he had already cancelled our order. So we waited two hours for nothing. They didn't apologize or anything. I swear the staff were all a little intellectually slow. I can't believe how we were treated. We will NEVER order from these guys again. They deserve negative stars.
