Excellent Italian-style coffee and good cakes and pastries for high prices. There is indoor and outdoor seating, but you don't have to buy anything to take advantage of it. It's essentially part of the train waiting area. Service is usually quick and reasonably friendly.

Fin, fun decor and they serve a delicious cappuccino. For a second I think I'm in small Italian train station. Cool.

The coffee is made by Barristas that care, in an Italian style. The pastries and food are excellent but a touch expensive. The gellato is nice. They have a take away case with San Peligrinos of all types.

I used to come in here whenever I got off at the Palo Alto station. However, I unfortunately will go to Peet's on Stanford campus. I came in this morning with my reusable iced coffee cup and the woman refused to fill it because the cameras were watching her?!? Seriously, I was so baffled I figured it was because she thought my cup was bigger than her wasteful paper cup... but lo and behold the moment I left I poured the contents in my plastic cup and it was the same size. They need to change that fascist policy!

Excellent atmosphere. Very good gelato. I'll miss my text train so I can spend some more time here.
