Not surprised,  late evening staff one of two not on the A team of service.  Her barista was very polite and friendly.

Not a bad place to get a coffee, hang out and get some work done. Although you have many alternatives in PA that are a bit more unique.

It had good service and fairly comfortable seating.  Not the best to spend a longer time there but they did have inductive charging in the table, one problem with those tables is when I placed my arm on top of one, it shocked me slightly.

Decent coffee shop if you want your average cup of joe. But Starbucks is a star at being a standard.

Many of PA's homeless come here,  many of them are here simply to hang out, drink coffee, charge their cell phones and/or access the internet....little different than the college students who hang out at the Starbucks at Stanford and El Camino.

Staff is a little slow and somewhat lacking in personality - but hey its fast food coffee.

Outside seating a huge plus and there are ample plugs to charge or power your devices.
