Maybe I caught them on a bad day. I checked the reviews before deciding to eat there and they seemed pretty positive. The staff was very nice and attentive, and the place is cute, but I was sorely disappointed in the food. My salad was limp and slimy. I understand it was covered in dressing, but I felt the dressing was a ruse to mask the fact that the veggies were going bad. The cucumbers had a brownish hue, and there was no bite to it at all. I ordered the pork sandwich, one of the day's specials, and regretted ordering it. It was pretty obvious they only made it the special to get rid of a dry, bland, pork roast they didn't want to waste. For them to claim to be a cafe, the coffee was weak and watery. I didn't have the heart to tell the waitress when she asked how everything was. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I won't be going back to find out at these prices. (Prices would seem more reasonable if the food was better)

Have eaten here many times. Small, cozy. Food is fresh and service is excellent. Prices are good. People are friendly, decor is pleasing. Was a little warm inside (very hot day in Philly yesterday) but not too bad. Will be back!
